Return Timeframe

14 calendar days from the date you receive your item.
The 14-day return window begins on the day the item is delivered and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
After 14 calendar days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds, unless required by applicable law.
Requests made after the return window expires may be declined.

Conditions for Return Eligibility

The item must be in original condition
The item must not show signs of installation, assembly, or wear
The item must be returned in its original packaging
All included accessories, tools, manuals, and components must be included

Items returned with missing parts or damaged packaging may be subject to partial refund or rejection.


Important Clarifications
“Unused” means:
Not installed
Not assembled (unless pre-assembled at delivery)
Not modified
Not altered in any way
Because many of our products are large furniture items, returning an assembled or used chair or workstation may significantly reduce its resale value. Therefore, used or improperly handled items may not qualify for return.


Inspection Process
All returned items undergo inspection upon arrival at our facility.
We reserve the right to:
Approve the return
Issue a partial refund if the item is not in full original condition
Reject the return if it does not meet eligibility requirements
Refund approval is subject to inspection results.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
Custom-made or personalized furniture
Special order items specifically sourced for a customer
Clearance or final sale items
Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
Gift cards
Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper installation
If a product description indicates that an item is custom, made-to-order, or final sale, it cannot be returned once the order is confirmed.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The wrong item was sent by James Barber Shop
The item arrived defective or damaged upon delivery (and reported within 48 hours)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Note About Large Furniture Returns
Due to the size and weight of barber chairs, stations, and other furniture:
Return freight shipping costs may be significant.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for safe return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
If a returned product arrives damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, a partial refund or rejection may occur.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
You must:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of:
The damaged product
The outer packaging
The shipping label
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.
We will assess the issue and may:
Send replacement parts
