Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
During high-demand periods or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information (if applicable).

Processing time refers to order verification, preparation, packaging, and dispatch.
Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Estimated delivery time begins after your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, as external factors may affect transit time.
United Kingdom
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Europe
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
International Orders
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Customs clearance, local courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays may extend delivery times beyond these estimates.
Large furniture items (such as barber chairs, stations, shampoo units, and reception desks) may require freight shipping and can take slightly longer depending on scheduling and destination.
For freight deliveries, customers may be contacted by the carrier to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping worldwide on all products.
No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.
The product price displayed on the product page is the final price you pay for shipping services.
There are no hidden shipping charges.
However, for international deliveries:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local clearance fees imposed by their country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
Failure to pay required customs fees may result in shipment delays or returned packages.
Tracking Your Order

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
For certain freight shipments, tracking visibility may be limited, and the carrier may contact you directly to arrange delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take care in packaging all products securely. However, if your item arrives damaged:

The shipping label
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.
Do not discard packaging materials until your claim is reviewed.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
James Barber Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
